I can't get the emc9 to work.  I have a teac model W58E and when I went to update the driver, it is not on the list of firmware the closest was teac model W58G. The problem is it says my video card doesn't meet the system requirements. I contacted support and they keep closing my ticket without contacting me or helping resolve the problem. I have sent them a list of my computer data and they said it didn't load right and they didn't receive it then closed the ticket. I resent it and now its been two days without a responce. If I need a new video card thats fine but I need some one to let me know. I think it does meet the requirements that are it says on the box that software came in. I just don't like being ignored.

That Teac is your DVD writer, not a video card.  To find what video card you have, go to Device Manager and click on the + sign next to Display Adapters.

My video card is an Intel®82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphic controller. Someone please tell me if this will make my easy creator 9 work? I can't get anywhere with customer support.

No, that on-board graphics controller will not work with EMC 9. I had the same controller in my setup and it would not even work with EMC 7 and EMC 7.5.

You should get a proper graphics card.
