I have the latest full version of Roxio Easy Media Creator V9 that was purchased at a Retail outlet. I was aware of an issue with the drag-to-disk before I ever installed this program on my machine. So first, I downloaded the latest patch for drag-to-disk and once I installed Roxio V9, (as I recall), it left off the install of the drag-to-disk part of the CD because I already had a newer version (the patch!)
Anyhow, that is the background. Now I've got a question. Does anyone (with this program) get the Roxio UpnP service stopped working error message? I tried to get more details about this error message and went into my error event logs. Here is the information I have:
Faulting application RoxioUpnpService9.exe, version 9.0.0.95, time stamp 0x44db1439, faulting module RoxioUpnpService9.exe.version 9.0.0.95, time stamp 0x44db1439, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000077fc, process id 0xf78, application start time 0x01c78e9756a66be6.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
P.S. On a separate note: I purchased the full retail version of Creator Plus in January 2007 at a retail outlet. Now that Roxio has apparently worked out the rest of the bugs and got MS certification for Vista, how can I get the latest copy of Version 9 (which I've already bought retail in January). I'd really like to have a copy that is supposedly "officially" certified with Vista.

There will be a patch posted on their website, but it isn't there yet, so you can't get it.

Thank you for the reply, grandpabruce. I guess I'll just wait and see when Roxio posts a fix on their web site.
