my dvd9 why mydvd9 gone

having experienced with the crash/hang. I gave up and re-install the program with the software supplied by computer manufacturer. finished installation, I cannot open "create DVD", and there is note" VideoWave was unable to load the configuration file. Please re-install videowave?
Anybody knows whats going on??
