On April 26, 2007 I purchased DVDit Pro HD direct from Roxio and installed it on this computer.  I registered and activated DVDit Pro HD and used it at least four times over the next three days.  Today, I tried to run the program and it went to the activation screen and then returned the message that I had an "invalid license key". This is the very license key that I registered and see on the My Account section of Roxio's web site and which I was sent in my purchase confirmation e-mail from Roxio. No mistakes were made in putting in the correct license key, but Roxio will now not accept and activate the product.

Scott, can you PLEASE help me restore this program to working order.  Please note that I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, inputting the license key that I was sent by Roxio both times correctly with the same above result.

Until this is rectified, I cannot use a program which I legally purchased.

Tom

I want to close this thread by saying that even though it was a Sunday evening, Scott responded to my plea for help.  Via e-mail he diagnosed the problem and sent me a file to correct this issue so that I could open and use DVDit Pro HD.

Before purchasing DVDit Pro HD, I read this forum carefully for several days and I noted that Scott always seemed very prompt in addressing problems that people were having with DVDit Pro HD.  It is rare to see his kind of dedication in technical support today.  I am certainly very appreciative of his presence on this forum and his hard work in our behalf.  Well done, Scott, and thank you!!!

Tom
