I loaded Creator 9 on my lap top running Vista and it won't run. Trys to reload rather than run. This product was touted to be Vista compatable too. I have not been able to get any reply from Roxio. Also I think they have people on the take who grab rebates and tell customers the rebate items sent in are not the correct ones such as UPCs. I had that happen and jumped right in the middle of them stating I had sent in the right stuff and wondered if this was going on. I got my rebate.

Did you have any other similar software installed before you installed EMC9? There might be a conflict if you did. EMC 9 has worked for me in Vista with no problems so far other than Drag to Disc which I removed immediately after installing 9. If you can remove that, see if it fixes your problem.

You would actually be surprised how "live" this community (the forums) actually is. I see you had a reply several minutes after you first posted. Users helping users is a beautiful thing.

I guess you told him. 30+ hours later. Now that's "live" support.

Looks like 3 minutes to me. Read his post again, carefully.

I was calculating the time it took Roxio to respond.

Again, John didn't seem to be talking about a Roxio response, since the forum isn't Roxio Support.

Why is everybody so serious. Too bad we can't add audio to these forums. It is kind of hard to add tone to these posts. I bet there would be a lot of laughing going on.
