Hi all,

Printing multiple copies of a CD/DVD label, NEATO 2 up with both top and bottom labels chosen to print. First page is fine then all pages afterwards only the top label is printed. If I take the pages where only the top label is printed and run them back through choosing to print only the bottom label the first page is fine, prints the bottom label, but all pages following do not print the bottom label.

Any workaround or do I have to print them one page at a time?

(I'm not real thrilled with version 9 so far, many other issues as well, and may go back to 7.5)

TIA

You can have both on your machine at the same time - so long as Drag to Disc is uninstalled.
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

This may seem like a funny question but that program seems to run much like a screen capture. What screen resloution and dpi are you running? DPI should be 96.

Hi,

Thanks for both replies. Appreciate them.

I'll set up with both versions. I never use Drag To Disc anyway so no lose. After reading some of the other threads there seem to be many problems in other segments of the suite that have problems doing anything in multiples. (Probably just go back to 7.5 as there are a slew of other problems with 9 that just frustrate me anyway.)

I'm running 1024x768 and 96DPI. Kinda curious why you think this may have an effect?

Cheers.

I misread your post. I thought that you were only getting half the label to print rather than just one printed on a page.

There is a tech note for EMC 8 regarding printing top and bottom labels perhaps something along the same lines might be a help? It should have been fixed in your version of 9.

What other problems do you have with EMC 9. I find it very stable and better than V7/7.5; and much better than EMC 8. Please post your computer specs in you signature via My Controls at the top of this page and then edit signature.
