Purchased product for download, but didn't download Only got the MYDVD9contentv9.0 file

I just purchased a download copy of MyDVD 9 Studio Premier. I downloaded the file and all I got was the MYDVD9Contentv9.0 file. When I try to install, it tell me to install the Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 first. I thought that's what I downloaded.

It is currently a Saturday and I can't call for support. Does anyone know how to help me? Thanks a million.

There are 2 download files – the Program and the Content.

Go back and download the Program file. You should be able to get to it from the Main Site by clicking the My Account at the top of the screen.

I did not see a place for download. Where should I go? I did not pay the extra $5 or $6 for the ability to download mulitple times. Does that make a difference?
