I have downloaded the 2 file and installed them. The program still comes up EMC9. I have un-installed everything. Re-dowloaded. Installed new files and it still showsd EMC9 not EMC9DE. Has anybody had this problem?

What do you mean by DE? Delxue? Look for your version number and post it here.

The version I have is 9.0.610. I purchased the Easy Media Creator 9 Deluxe Suite at http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/creator/...e/overview.html. The 2 files that I downloaded are EMCDLXv9.05_R4efigsdja and EMCDLXContentCDv9.05_r04.

That would be the Deluxe version. Go to Start/All Programs, and see if you have a Bias folder. That would be the SoundSoap program folder, which is included with the Deluxe version, not the standard version of EMC 9.

Or launch the application and check the about splash.
When in doubt, reinstall.

9.06 build indicates that the software is Deluxe Suite version... There is actually a Roxio Creator 9 DE that's bundled with Dell computer

If you downloaded the two files from Roxio's website then it won't be the DE version that would come with a new Dell computer. ("There is actually a Roxio Creator 9 DE that's bundled with Dell computer")
I would stick with the program you have, as it is not the watered down version that comes installed on the Dell computers.
