In an attempt to fix the problem of not being able to burn a DVD (which Roxio has yet been able to help me with), I removed the Video Card driver and reinstalled. When starting MyDVD, the program asks for activation - I had already activated the product on the install and had previously been able to open the program.  I receive the error "Invalid Product Key".

I use Ask RoxAnn and it tells me: A fix is available and to click on a link. In keeping with the quality of their software, clicking on the link gives me a page not found error. I then check the knowledgebase and it says if you have a "Invalid CD Key"error,  to download a fix and run from the desktop (emc9rmv.exe).  I assume this is the same error so I download but get the same error when trying to activate.

I then try the offline activation, but once I go to the Roxio site and try to activate I receive an activation failed error and it says that the reason probably is because - "ERR_ACTIVATION_INVALID_PR".

Any ideas on how I might be able to actually access the program so I can start getting my original error again?

those are two different error messages and the offline activation should be working properly now
