Bonjour,

I downloaded Roxio-Crunch today to convert mpeg2 files from a digital camera to be used in the Imovie of my new MacBookPro (Mac OS 10.4.9, 2.16 GHz).

After several tests, it never works ... : I put my mpeg files in the "Fichiers Vidéo" window (I use a French version), they are recognized, and I asked for different conversions (for instance Apple TV / Automatic/Itunes). The conversion seems to be ok, but when it's finished Crunch quit and I have an error message ... and the outup file is not readable (neither on Itunes or Quicktime).

Could you help me ?

What is the error message?  Have you tried videos from a different source?
