One post is enough on these forums. Please do not post multiple times. You can delete your extra posts.
I've only had that message once. I got it because I was doing a lot of editing of a project, closed it and then tried to reopen it. I cleared mine by simply rebooting my computer. Obviously your issue is not the same.
First, make sure that you do not have any malware on your computer, Run at least two different programs. Run a complete scan of your computer for viruses. Once that is done, use Windows to clean up your computer of all the temp and tmp files and other garbage. Defrag your disc. How much free space do you have on the disc where the program is and the disc where your computer is storing the temp and tmp files?
Have you tried to do a repair in Windows>Start>Control Panel> Add or remove Programs? If not, do that and let us know the outcome of all of the above.
It would be a big help if you would put your computer specification in your signature via My Controls - at the top of this page_ and then edit signature. Put in the type of information that you see in other's signature. You can get that information from the paperwork when you bought the computer or by using Belarc Advisor. That is a free download that will tell you more about your computer than you want to know. Don't post everything.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
