I can't find a setting to change in Sonic,ive changed it from NTSC to PAL, but no difference.
when i just tried to open Sonic, it wouldn't...any help?

Im using Adobe premier 6.5 to edit .avi video footage. All my settings in Adobe are set to DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.422), but when I burn it with Sonic, the DVD comes out distorted, full screen.
