I have Roxio's WinOnCD version 6 (DVD edition) which gives me an error when writing DVDs. The Roxio chat times out, Roxann doesn't help and there seems to be no chat forum here for this product! Does anyone know where I can get customer support for this?

That product was only sold in Europe, as I recall.
If you would supply some more detail we might be able to offer something.
