I ordered this product with a new Laptop. As intuitive as it is I would like to know more about how to use it. I would like to restore a select amount of a backup I made before sending my new PC into repair. It was upgraded from Vista Business to Vista Ultimate and only want to back up downloads from documents and media player.
I have been unable to find a manual for the product.

Unfortunately, I do not believe there is a manual for BUMP any more. That being said, the help files are pretty good , at least they are with version 6.
As far as restoring, just select restore, the file/disk you want to restore from, then select what file or files you want to restore. That's about all there is to restoring unless you have problems. You may have to select device view if your catalog is corrupt or missing, and restore to an alternate location if the directory structure you are restore is not built or you want to move it to a different location.
