I have installed Cineplayer DVD Decoder for Windows Vista and cannot get audio when playing a DVD movie on Windows Media Player 11 for Vista.  However, I can get audio using Ahead Nero Showtime.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks to  all those who viewed but were unable to help.

With no help from Roxio either I guess it's time to cut my losses and flush this P.O.S. software down the toilet along with the $20 Australian I paid for it.  I know where not to shop next time! angry.gif   I'm back to Nero

When in doubt, reinstall.
If it installs, it's supported.

biggrin.gif I take it all back!  Roxio have contacted me with the following:

Please try to re-install the decoder.  Use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility from microsofts website to remove it from the system, re-download the decoder from www.findmyorder.com, save it to the desktop and then run it fron the desktop.

This may help others who have the same problem.  I never knew about the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, it is a useful piece of software.

I guess I better take my foot out of my mouth and my software out of the toilet.

Cheers
