Tried to purchase and download a copy of the Sonic DVD Plug-In for Windows Photo Story 3.
The installation process failed due to an invalid serial number. The serial number used was copied directly from the order form and was not mis-typed.
What is required to get it going?

Just tried to insert code and it comes up invalid also, no one seems to be helpful

Photostory and Sonic DVD Plug in
We fixed our serial code. No luck through roxio, below are the sonic contact ring support Team US Ph 1 866 279 7694 we emailed problem first to lostcdkey@sonic.com <lostcdkey@sonic.com> they emailed back another code, which did not work, so we rang them, they said they were getting some invalid code responses over the past few days, so if you email first and if it does not work, just ring them and they give you another one which you can do whilst they are on the phone with you. Once we managed to download, we burnt onto DVD and put on the televsion and it works really well

MY STUDENT. I DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM AND GOT THE INVALID MESSAGE ALSO. I EMAIL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 1-866-279-7694. THEY SAID THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD EMAIL ME THE NEW NUMBER. THIS WAS YESTERDAY AT 1:00 PM. AS OF THIS MORNING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.
