Hello,
I get an error - 50 message while burning DVD from a video_ts folder and while importing a TS folder to my Ipod. Hardware is MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-85J. I must say that since I bought the software I was not able to do anything that is promised on the cover. I updated to the 2.1 version but it did not solve the problem. I change and spend an awful lot of time trying differents settings and nothing works. Anybody has a clue?
Until now software is useless.
Thanks for your help!
F.

First off you can't import a TS folder to an Ipod. it has to be first converted into a compatible format.

You should drag the entire folder into popcorn.....not just the video and/or audio TS folders.

If the VIDEO_TS folder is a ripped DVD, did you do a full disc extraction? Popcorn only works with full disc extractions. You then can use its options to select specific items from the VIDEO_TS.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Yes it is a ripped DVD. I actually rip dvd with another software (since popcorn does not support protected dvd) and would like to have them imported to my Ipod. I'll try again with a full disc extraction.
Thanks!
