PS 4 Platinum vs. PS 4 SE?

What is the difference between PS 4 Platinum and SE. Was SE made for Windows 98 SE? Does it have anything that Platinum doesn't have? Thanks.

PhotoSuite 4 Platinum was the FULL retail Roxio version, the SE was a OEM version (most oem's are a cut down version).
