On April 30th I purchased BackOnTrack via Digital River Order number 3502093212.  It appears that when my computer starts up or when I make a major change in some files this program starts and essentially grabs 99% of CPU usage under the program svchost.exe.  As a result I am unable to use my computer when it starts up for about 20 minutes.  This is not satisfactory to me.

Please advise how I may modify this program operation so that I can use my computer when it first starts and keep on using it without iterruption for as long as I wish to.
