I've tried installing Creator 9 Deluxe on my computer. It gets near completion and then stops with "Internal Error 2738". The Divx and Drag-to-Disc installs but not the main program. I've tried everything that Roxio tech support has suggested, which was a couple of different versions of a clean install. They have run out of suggestions. Anyone have any ideas?

Vista for some reason dosnt register VBScript. What you have to do is first of all find where vbscript.dll is, mine was in C:\Windows\System32, but I think it changes dependant on your version. Next you need to go to start -> accessories and the right click on command prompt and click "run as administrator", next type "cd C:\Windows\System32" (replace the dir if its differnt for you) and then type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll". It should then confirm that vbscript has been registered and everything should work. This will fix a few installs, i found the same problem with itunes as well.
Hope this helps,

Haven't been on line in a while. This did the trick. Thank you so much. Maybe the Roxio online techs and "Ask Roxanne" could use this information. The final response I got from them was how to get a refund. Thanks again.

Having exactly the same problem without results. It installed perfectly after registering vbscript.dll.
Thanks
