This is really starting to drive me crazy. Everytime I try to burn a DVD, my computer completely shuts down during the transcoding audio process. I've tried to reinstall the software and it didn't work. I also tried turning off my antivirus apps while it was running but that didn't work either. I've rolled back WMP 11 but that hasn't worked either. Can someone please help me. I need a little bit more help than 'Ask Roxanne' can provide.

Check with Dell it is their OEM version.
