Whenever I try to install Roxio Media Creator 9, the program suddenly comes to a stop and a dialog saying that "Internal Error 2738" ocurrs. I chatted with a live agent this afternoon and he told me to uninstall my previous versions of any Roxio software, which I did, and then I'm still not able to get this problem fixed. Any suggestions?? Thanks biggrin.gif

I actually have tried doing this "clean install," but it still keeps bring up a dialogue which says "Internal Error 2738." I tried the same solution for Windows Vista and it is still not working. I also read that this error has something to do with the VBScript not working properly, and the update that is supposed to fix this bug in Windows Installer is only available for Windows XP. Help!
