dry.gif When I try to burn a disc I get a popup saying sorry record now has a problem and needs to close.
Help !
Thank You,
At one point Recordnow worked fine on my system but now when I try to burn a
CD I get a popup stating that Recordnow has encountered a problem and needs
to close sorry for the inconvenience. I tried uninstalling it via add\remove
programs and then reinstalled it via the installation disc and then I
installed all avialable updates and patches from the sonic site and I still
have the same problem.

Please give us more info such as your computer specs and the steps you took. Was RN working previously? Is it a new install?

Have you added any other software that is similar to RecordNow? It might be causing a conflict.

I didn't add any similar software however I did delete some that I thought might be causing the problem via the add/remove programs. There was a file (c:\application data) that is now missing and I'm not sure why or what it was ?
