Error launching Creator (can't find RCPCORE.msi)

When launching Creator Basic v9, it shows a box saying that is gathering information for configuring and then shows another text box saying that it can not find "RCPCORE.msi". I press Cancel and it stays in that loop some more times and then the program is aparently running ok. What is this about? Where can I find this file?

I guess this is a problem in every new HP PC with pre-installed software
