Hey for some reason when I try to upload my edited file or save it to disk, the program keeps getting stuck in the transcoding process.  It gets to 0 sec 13 frames and then stops and wont go any further.  Its kind of a bummer

What type of video file are you using? Also, are you using the latest beta (from 5/14). Are you able to playback the file successfully?

Just downloaded and installed build 10DB46A (I think that is what it says). I am having the same problem as the original poster. The transcoding will stop at 0 sec 13 frames.
The original video is in mpeg format. (The original video was imported using the video capture feature of Roxio Media Creator 9.)
OS is WinXP

Apologies for the late reply on this, I must have missed the post. Are you able to transcode the file in VideoWave?

Is it possible for you to send a clip to roxiolabstest@sonic.com for us to check out?

I am having the same problem. I just downloaded the latest version of Buzz.

I am trying to transcode a MPG file from a Sony HDD Handycam.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is not an HD file. The camera does not use tape and runs off of a Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
