Creator Classic Update Problem Manual Download Causes Loss of CD-DVD Recognition

I have had to uninstall and reinstall my ECDC 6 program several times :huh: . Each time I have used the Roxizap program and then reinstall it. What I found was that after installing the new Engine Updater the program continued to work fine. But, after installing the Creator Classic Updater (manually, from the Roxio website), the program NO LONGER RECOGNIZES MY CD-DVD. :D I haven't tried installing the other updates before Creator Classic but this shouldn't happen and I don't know how to successfully install any of these updates :) I could sure use some suggestions PLEASE!!!!!!
