Hello all,  I'm trying to burn cartoons from TiVo to DVD for my kids.  It burns fine, but the quality is low on the disc.  

I will watch a file on my computer and it looks normal.  After burning a file to a DVD, the cartoon now has a large ammount of pixels visible.  Diagonal lines now look like stair steps.  Watching the original file is smooth, but the burned file on the disc is poor.  Get this, the menu created by MyDVD is crystal clear, but not the cartoon.

I have the encoding setting at highest quality low speed and highest quality setting on the disk.  The result is the same when I burn a small file at the best settings.  

Also, I have my TiVo set to high quality.

Does anyone know how I can up the quality???  Thanks in advance.
