When trying to install Creator 8, I get a reading that says, "Already have Creator 3.2.0 data and so on, and so

on in my pc, and do I wish to continue? If that's the reason why the Sonic Media Player doesn't work, I don't

know. But just in case, I try to download Roxio's clean install. But guess what? Right! There is none. And no

matter how many times I go to Roxanne!!!! Oh my god! If she were human I'd strangle her. So now I go to my

files & folders and try looking for Creator 3.2.0 and it's nowhere to be found. I manually search and delete all

Roxio, and Sonic files that could get deleted without harm, I think. Oh God I hope. Well anyway. It still has the

same reading, and I still don't have my Sonic Media Player. Can i get some help?
