The only real way of doing this is to contact the technical support off the menu to the left, as they will need to look up your details from when you purchased it.
before maybe issuing you download links again.

It depends on where you are based int he world!
I did not realise I required two files on the download and did not get the content disk! (silly)
I rang a number in Germany and explained my problem and by the time I had finished on the phone they had reset my download URL (0049 221 3108830 ) - it is an all languages call centre.
If you are in the USA the link that has already been provided should work

Didn't know that link was was not universal. I'll keep that in mind if it comes up again. I'm glad to hear you got it sorted out. Thanks for posting back so the info can help others.
