Greetings all -
I'm trying to copy a simple folder (with sub-folders) for archive purposes. I'd like to use 'copy' instead of 'backup' so I can read the data on any PC and without depending on restore software.
However, when Roxio starts to validate the burn job, I receive a "Folder Depth Validation Warning".
The paths are not all that long, and they work fine in WinXP SP2.
What's the max path length that Roxio will support? I suppose I will just have to move the folders to my root directory and add them to the archive disk one at a time...? Seems like an odd workaround.
Any thoughts/help appreciated - thanks,
S2

Under Project Settings, set your file system to UDF, No Bridge and turn off Validate.
The default is Joliet which is a file system written for the limitations of Win95/NT.
