Try doing a repair of the software.

Thanks but I already tried that and I uninstalled and re-installed.   I had it running just fine but had a system crash and did a new install. I wiped out all registry entries etc....

Post your system specs. Someone may be able help you to determine if your system meets the requirement for the software to work.

What did you do after your system crashed, and what caused it to crash?  If you didn't fix it properly, it can cause plenty of problems...

The system crash was caused by a piece of beta software. Shouldn't have caused this. I am just at a total loss.  I was able to do a system restore.  Roxio would not work, so I did an uninstall and then used Vista manager to do a reg scan and registry defrag. Then when I went and installed Roxio again is when the problem surfaced.
