I am going to let you know to what I have passed through so far…

I installed windows vista and found out that EMC9 doesn’t function the way it was before. So I did the clean uninstall as per the directions indicated in one of the forums and while reinstalling the software, I found out the CD key doesn’t valid any more. I ran the patch as provided in other forum which helped to resolve the issue.

Now the software is reinstalled but I couldn’t use disc copier or video compilation. Under disc copier, I couldn’t select target folder whereas under video compilation tap, I couldn’t view any of the content.

Could you help me in finding the solution to these problems? I contacted Roxio and waiting for their input but thought this would be a speedy way to get some help.

Roxio is working on a patch to bring EMC 9 to complete Vista compatibility.  Until then, it seems it's hit or miss.  The clean install is the only method I think that will likely fix your problem but for some, even this does not work.  Certainly you should remove Drag to Disc immediately after installing as it is not going to be working at all in Vista.
When the patch will be out is guess work but if a clean install (again) does not work, you may just have to wait.  sad.gif
