I just bought/installed Record Now 9 Music Lab Premier. In the past with ECDC 5 I was able to go to the ECDC 5 Discussion Group and post my problem there and in most cases was helped and most of my problems were solved within the community. I am having growing pains/problems with RecordNow 9 and would like to know if there is an online group of like problem solvers to come to my aid. Thanks. Bob

I think it's because the main focus of this forum has been Roxio's Easy Media Creator products.Now that Sonic owns Roxio it's products are also being seen here.A few of the Sonic apps are included in EMC and accessible through the home app.
Most of the people here that answer questions own the Roxio suite of apps which sometimes makes it hard to answer questions about apps we don't actually use.
As far as a seperate Sonic forum I don't believe there is one.I think Sonic's site refers you here.Hopefully someone in the Sonic section can help you.

I believe RecordNow 9 is basically just the EMC 9 Home menu. If you provide a description of the interface along with your problem, people might be able to figure out exactly what part of their suite you are using.
