I have just purchased a creator 9 to get my video camera film transfered to disk to play on tv. I have used every type of disk such as dvd+r cd-r and the new disk that came with the package,no luck. The instruction book is no help, i would appricate any help i can get... Seawolf

Please give us more information to work with. Information such as:
Operating system.
Processor
Ram
Videocard
What Optical drive do you have?
What is the issue? Can you not capture the video or can you not burned captured video?
Which program are you using to capture and which one to burn?

Actually, we need to start further back... what is your video camera? How are you attempting to connect it to your computer, through a capture device? via Firewire cable?
