Hello,
I have EMC 7.5 and EMC 9 running on my PC. I am trying to edit and burn a 20min Video transferred from a VHS tape (mpeg) in EMC9. If I play it in EMC 9 the audio sounds really bad, but if I play it in EMC 7.5 the audio is totally fine? How can I solve this since I would like to use the DVD NO MENU feature in EMC 9.
Thank you
Hexe

Final product or preview?

Try turning down your audio acceleration.  Go to Windows>Start>Run > type in dxdiag >run> go to the audio tab and move the slide to the left all the way.  See if that helps.  If so, you can play with the setting.

Do you have an audio chip or a separate audio card. You can see that information here also.  You might consider updating the drivers in either case.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
