I am trying to install Bakup MyPC 7 which came with my HP Pocket Media Drive and cannot get the backup package from Roxio to recognize it. All the other Windows Vista software identify it fine. The Roxsio support is "Non-Existent". can anyone help?

If this is a HP OEM version of BUMP and you are installing it on the HP hardware, you will have to contact them about it.

HP modify the programs themselves and they also do the support

Whether he did or did not install doesn't really matter to you - install it and if you have trouble let us know.
