I've got the "Current Output Device Removed Error while encoding" problem. Tried reinstalling DVD-RW drive, but same error received. Can't find any direct help at Roxio, please assist!

System Info:

Windows XP Media Center Edition
Pentium D, 2.66 GHz
1.0 GB RAM
260 GB HD
TSST Corp DVD-ROM TS-H352c (dvd burner)
Microsoft Driver 5.1.2535.0 (dvd burner)

I'm afraid that's about as computer savvy as I get, so don't get too technical on me! Thanks for any help.

I've been trying to burn a retirement party to a DVD+R disc for two days now without success. Too much work invested to start over with another program.

According to the TS-H352c specs you only have a DVD-ROM, that is, you can only read DVDs not burn them.
