I am stumped. I was running all kinds of Roxio prods I have a Dell Dimensio E520. So one night she connected me to roxio.com. She suggested that I neded to upgrade, so I didn't think too much.

Sinse that night I have all kinds of problems. Unfortunately nothing comes up so I cant give any info, but I have record now audio, copy and data. When I try to run, I get a message that says insert in drive 1 somethin like a bmple.msi (not sure I write this accurately) but then it stops and waits. Every time I stop it it goes and starts again.

Any hints or fixes. I have the original Roxio Creator Plus, and the Roxio Creator Mydvd combo le.

Another thing. I tried to go to the regedit thinking I could wipe it out from the registry, but the same software has no option of DELETING those!! I never saw this. Is there any other way that I can delete these?

I would say to start by searching our Knowledge Base for the word "Uninstall" and that will put you down the right path.
