I purchased EMC 9 last christmas. It states that it is Vista compatible, but when i insert the installation disc the system will not recognise it, this means that I cannot complete install. Can anyone assist?

Being incompatible shouldn't stop it was being recognized by the drive.  Can you please post the error message?
We are all awaiting an update to EMC9 which is supposed to cure a number of illnesses with EMC9 working in Vista.

Maybe the autoplay isn't kicking in?Can you look at the disc with explorer?
