my computer just started crashing while using creator 9.i get the error message roxio has encounted problems
and needs to close.what can i do about this?im using xp.thanks.

Can you be more specific?  First, start by listing your computer info and what OS you're using (XP, Vista???).  Then, let us know what it is you were doing when you got this error and if it was working fine previously or if this is a new install.  Did you add any new software or update your computer recently?  The more info you post, the better chance we have to fix your problem.
