For nine days I have been trying to register after hearing complaints on other boards that it is fouled up!
Once I got member name taken. Usually nothing same screen same info there but nothing.
Yesterday same same, but two emails from Roxio thanking my for registering a product. Today I go and try the new name signup and error, so I click forgot name and password. Enter email where Roxio emailed me and NO EMAIL ON RECORD. Then a minute later two more emails from Roxio thanking me for registering a product.
Now if anyone at Roxio gives a hoot pm me and I will give username, password, and email of this identity. Hopefully someone can figure out your web page problems. If you don't think you have any, don't and I'm done on this subject.
