Do not, do not, DO NOT, waste your money on Creator 9.  It will only cause you heartache.

If only I could get my money back, but I guess that’s the price you pay for TRUSTING a company that their product will work.
I am one of MANY, MANY, customers that agree that this product STINKS.

P.S.  If you call the 800 number for live support (or someone that is alive) that will cost you money…..

Also tell us just what the problem is, what your system specs are

If you want a refunsd - contact Customer Services - this is just a users' forum and none of us work for Roxio (unless there's a Roxio icon at the name)
