Is there any software that can play the VCDs/SCVD's I burn in Toast?

I can play them fine in my DVD player, but I want to be able to play them on the computer, as well.

When I say play, I don't mean just the video files.  I mean that brings up the menu that Toast creates as well.

VLC Media Player is freeware that will play the Video CDs (and more).
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

And how do you get VLC to show the VCD menu? Whenever I've used it, it just shows the video tracks, not the menu that Toast creates as well.
