can not install creator 9 suite

When I put in creator 9 it takes forever to get to the status of download and when it finally does i get the hour glass and it does nothing else.....nothing ever shows in the status bar. can any one help me please.

I don't understand what you're asking for! Are you installing from a cd? Downloaded version? If you are installing from a cd and the install freezes, try copying the contents of the cd to a folder on your drive and running the set up from there. Or, do a little better in explaining exactly what you're doing and what is (or is not) happening. Include your system specs too please.

It sounds like you are trying to download the installer after purchasing online? If so, try the option to save the file, rather then just running it upon downloading.
