Past year I bought a DC20 Canon. I installed in my XP computer Roxio MyDVD LE 6.1.14 and apparently worked fine. After a while of not using it (some months), an error (asking to send a report to Microsoft, etc) appears when trying to read from DVD or camera (with USB) and the program stops. I reinstalled it, but no change.
After many tries, I discover that the problem happens only trying to read (from DVD or camera) disks that are full (finalized or not). If disks are half used, everything works. Those full disks can be read in DVD player, computer DVD reader, camera, but can not be read by Roxio software.
