I have EMC 8.0 Suite Home version 3.0.0 Build 3.9.96B.
When I purchased Roxio 8 months ago, may scanner wouldn't work (it was several years old and had the SP2 patch). The service tech worked on my computer and figured that Roxio does not like it when an old peripheral with SP2 is installed after Roxio is installed. Yes, the service tech tested my scanner at the store and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the scanner. I got rid of the old scanner.
Last week I installed and tested a new printer which prints with EVERY application...except Roxio Label Maker. The "print" button is greyed out. I can't find an update for the software. Any suggestions?!? Thx.

Update printer drivers. They can usually be found on the printer manufacturer's website. What printer do you have?
