i got either sonicrecord now 6 or 7 , free with my Packard Bell Desktop two years ago, one moornin a year ago, i woke up to find , there was only a shortcut left where my sonic used to be , also gone was my smart restore, i beleive the kids had accidentaly right ckicked on a destroy p[rogramme.
Any way various downloads and a dell installation disc (7.3)have all failed , it says that sonic is already installed, meaning theres a remnant of it left behind, when i do a search i cant find anythig
What are my options apart from setting my computer back to factory settings, i have too much stored all over the place, plus no guarantee it will return
I have been tryin all over programmes on trials clogging up my comp, very slow and they also make the computer freeze.... help anyone please ohmy.gif

If it says Sonic is already installed but it's not really try going to Microsoft's web site and downloading the Windows Install Cleanup Utility.Install it,run it and look for Record Now.If it's there delete it then try using your Dell discs to reinstall it.
