I installed Easy Media Creator 9 on my computer about 4 months ago, it worked great! Until I try to open up "Music Disc Creator" and the Interface freezes and will not load. I believe I have uninstalled and reinstalled atleast 20 times. If I try to use "repair" this will not work, I have to uninstall the whole program. After installing, it will work fine for a couple of days then it freezes again. This is really frustrating. The same thing happened when I bought "Easy Media Creator 8". I had emailed Roxio customer service several times regarding this issue with Easy Creator 8 and 9 but no response. Anyone else having this issue with Roxio 9 or customer service not responding??????

I had a similar problem long ago that I never could fix until I reinstalled Windows. However, I had a work around by going using the Music DVD which I then continued using the 'next' button until the part where you can edit in Music Disc Creator. At that point, it let me use MDC just as if I opened it from main menu. Not pretty but it worked. Other than that, my many reinstalls made no difference. Never did find out what caused this problem.

I'm using the Plextor 755A SATA drive with no drive problems. However, it seems if you are using a Sony camera or a card reader using pics from a Sony camera several issues arise. Sony has it's own software comes with the camera but it's real crappy. It's possible there are a couple of bugs that are implanted so that you will have problems using other software. They want you to buy their software. So who knows.
