How do you you copy part of a DVD then burn it to another blank DVD. I have a DVD that has different chapters to it and only want to copy a few as the whole DVD is too large to burn(7gig). Thanks Andy.

You could try Disc Copier Compilation mode.Hit add movies and when you choose the drive it will show the video.You should see a chapters selection.Hit it and if the chapters show you should be able to selectively choose them.
Keep in mind you will not be able to use a commercially produced DVD because of Copyright issues.

They all show up with a commercially produced DVD, but have the padlock over the disc icon.
If your DVD dosen't have encryption, you could cut with Disc Copier. If you want to burn them back to a DVD that will play in a standalone player. You will have to re-author them in a program like MyDVD.
