tbrewst,
OK, DVC90 that came with Deluxe. Im in XP PRO. I was so frustrated I forgot how to spell or what I was doing.
First no drivers for my new DVC 90, finally found drivers then after 20 seconds of capturing my complete system freezes and I have to manually reboot. capturing analog RCA jacks only. Trying to get family movies to be digital. Tried this 4 times. Froze 4 times.
XP PRO
Pentium Celeron 2.66
500 gig HD 400 for movie storage only.
Nvidia GeForce 5200
The info I just looked at reads it only works with 32 bit, do you know if my system is 32 or 64 bit?

Sorry, but that question is a bit like me telling you that I drive a Ford Ranger, then asking you if it's 4-wheel drive or not. How would you know? Just as we wouldn't know if you're running the 32 or 64 bit version of XP.
Now, at a guess, since the capture worked a little bit, you're likely running the 32 bit version of XP. But since I have not fiddled at all with the 64 bit version, I'm not sure the best way to tell you how to determine that. I would start by going into Settings -> System and see what is reported there.
Let us know.

Most of these kind of problems I've seen are people using Vista.I can't really remember someone having this kind of problem in XP.What are you using as your source? If it's a camcorder you may have to use a different process to get it to work correctly.I don't have one so I can't really be of much help there if that's what it is.
Did you use the drivers I pointed you at in the link?
